On DATE, we’re updating your Online and Mobile Banking login with a new security process, one-time passcode verification.
This smarter layer of protection will verify both your credentials and the device you’re using to login. If our system detects a new device or unusual activity, you may be asked to confirm your identity with a one time passcode sent to your phone. It’s a simple way to keep your account even more secure.
Participation in this new security process is required.

It is important that we have your current phone numbers on file before this update goes live. Please log in to your Online Banking account to review and update this information as soon as possible.
When you log in for the first time after DATE, you’ll be asked to verify your identity by answering one of your security questions. You’ll then be prompted to choose the phone number you’d like to use to receive your one-time passcodes in the future. Once complete, you’ll be logged in to Online or Mobile Banking as usual.
This new security process will replace the current Security Challenge Questions, and will only be activated if it detects a login attempt that falls outside of how you typically log in.
When this happens, you will be prompted to enter a passcode during login. The passcode will be sent to the phone number you selected previously using your preferred delivery method – text or phone call. Simply enter the passcode to complete your login.
